BEHIND THE BOOKING
The n8n booking workflow checks availability, saves confirmed appointments, and brings the result back to the clinic.
The booking tool asks DentiDesk for available times for the chosen treatment and dentist.
The patient agrees to the date, time, treatment, and dentist before a booking is submitted.
DentiDesk validates the request and stores the appointment in Supabase/PostgreSQL.
The saved appointment appears in the clinic workspace when the schedule refreshes.

The authenticated workspace includes a dashboard, appointment calendar, manual bookings, call history, transcripts, team roles, and integration settings. Staff access requires a clinic account.
Open the browser voice demo and sign in with the fictional demo account. Allow microphone access, use the supplied fictional patient details, and confirm your appointment. Audio and transcripts are processed by ElevenLabs. Sessions have a three-minute limit and availability depends on the demo allowance.

Clinic access uses Supabase Auth and database access policies. Booking requests are checked for appointment conflicts, and stable request IDs prevent duplicate external bookings.
